Remove index.php from CMS urls by htaccess modrewrite.

If you don't want 'index.php' in URLs, select 'Yes' option in 'configure site' settings. When you select 'Yes' option, you need to rename the 'htaccess.txt' to '.htaccess'. If you have uploaded the script files in the root directory, you need to copy the modrewrite code in 'htaccess.txt' into your '.htaccess' that already exists in your root directory.
