Follow up Autoresponder PRO - Version 2.01 released

Changes in version 2.01 (maintenance version):
 
* 'Sales page' button is added for each product. So buyer can go to sales page of the product.
 
* 'cartmembers' name is greyed out to stop changing the name to some other name.
 

* Bug fixes with -

• Drop down list of countries
• When 'Subscribe' button clicking for recurrent payments, no payment processors listed
• Shopping cart registration
• HTML can not be inserted in Autoresponder name
• Other minor changes with 'framework' of the script

If you login into your autoresponder and scroll down the 'Home' page. You will see the version of your autoresponder.
