Absolutely. There is a fee for installation service but script support is free to all of our clients.
1. Post your questions in the client only forums. They will be answered with in 24 hours.
2. We have a helpdesk. You can submit tickets and they will be answered with in 48 hours.
We don't provide phone support. But we will check our email regularly and will get back to you asap.
If I am going on vacation, all clients get a notification email about it. So you don't have to be frustrated for the delay in support.
