Yes. Our autoresponder scripts works with qmail.

 

Some of the clients are using it with it.

 

Autoresponder PRO also works with:

 

• Qmail

• Sendmail

• Postfix

• Exim

 

As long as your host allows PHP mail() function (all hosts allow it as it is one of the basic function of php installation), the autoresponder script can send email.
