Accessing this feature:
1. Left menu > 'New Autoresponder'.
2. Autoresponder name in left menu > Click on it > a menu will open up > PRIVATE SETTINGS > 'Edit settings'.
Explanation of creating new autoresponder:
This is pretty basic screen where you can create new autoresponders.
All four fields need to be filled.
Upto 255 characters is possible.
No special characters.
Only numbers and letters.
Spaces are allowed.
Your name or ezine name. Your subscribers will see this name in their email client at 'From' column.
Go to your web panel. Create a new email account.
Ex: lists@yoursite.com or subscriptions@yoursite.com or autoresponders@yoursite.com etc.
Use this email at this 'From email field'.
Somebody likes to use emails like 'no-reply@site.com'. In that case keep your helpdesk or forum link in your emails so your subscribers can reach you.
Put a line or two of relavent description.
Click on 'Create' button to create an autoresponder.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > 'Edit settings':
Everytime you create an autoresponder edit the 'Edit settings' according to your options.
Once you create the autoresponder, you will see the name of the autoresponder in left menu. Click on it to open up the menu under PRIVATE SETTINGS > You will see 'Edit settings' link there.
