• Email limit per hour ability - You can set Number of messages per hour that will go from the script. Most of the host are not allowing to send some 3000 emails at one time. So you can set the number of emails that will go per hour. You can ask your host how many emails they will allow per hour and you can set the number in admin area. Though the emails go little delayed but this ensures emails are NOT BLOCKED by your host server.
• TASK LISTS: You can see a list of tasks performed by the script. So you can confirm yourself that the emailings are going properly.
• Unlimited Messages in each autoresponder.
• Schedules Emails: You can schedule email (either message queue or broadcast emails). So they will go on a specific day of the week or month.

Broadcast Emails (Single time emails):

You can send One time email to subscribers on a particular autoresponder or subscribers of a particular month or one subscribers or few subscribers of your choice. This is the powerful feature that gives you lot of flexibility to send emails to particular group or your mailing list.

Schedules Emails: You can schedule email (either message queue or broadcast emails). So they will go on a specific day of the week or month.

You can save Broadcast emails under Publi settings and use them for any autoresponders. All tags can go broadcast emais. You can edit and save them anytime.

Admin can send the email to active prospects or total prospects or inactive prospects of that particular autoresponder.

Subscribers:

• Automatic un/subscriptions.
• Edit your subscribers profile. You can change the number of autoresponders your subscriber subscribed to. Edit their Name and Email address.
• Delete subscriber(s).
• Copy Subscribers: From one autoresponder to another autoresponder(s).
• Bulk Deleting emails: With this feature, you can delete emails from database without search function.
• You can make the subscriber to 'ACTIVE' and make him receive emails from the autoresponders.
• Subscribers Search: You can search your subscribers Based on autoresponder, month of subscriptions, name, email, status, fomat of email, confirmed/not confirmed etc. In each search results page You will see links like 'Delete this User', 'Profile', 'Email this User'.

• Optimize Database: You can optimize database to keep it clean and occupy less space.

Bounces Email Management:

You can regularly check your email lists for bounced emails and delete them. You can delete all those bounced emails right from your admin panel. This way you can keep your email database clean and load will be less on your autoresponder script.

Follow up autoresponder PRO uses advanced and in-house method of detecting bounced emails. It doesn't need nslookup of host server. But it needs one POP3 account where you can receive these bounced emails.

Follow Up emails: How they go to your subscribers?

Cron tab:

You must need cron jobs to be run on your web site. Cron needs to send follow up emails to your subscribers.

We set up a priority tasks when cron runs. Priority parameter is used to let more prioritized messages be sent earlier, Even they were added later then other in queue. Messages with highest priority includes: registration confirmations, welcome messages and some other system messages. Then system sends follow ups. This way everything organized at cron acivation. You will see the task list under 'TASK LIST' screen.

If you are going to use POP3 account feature for Email un/subscriptions, you need second cron job for this.

Version '1.00 pro'. This completely rewritten version of our Advanced script. But database changed from text based file system to Mysql. We used PHP instead of Perl.

• Disk space: After a fresh installation Follow up autoresponder PRO need Less than 1/2 MB of space. After that how much the script needs depends on your number of autoresponders, attachments, subscribers, number of backups etc.
• Limitations with some hosts: All features may not be work for you based on your host server configuration. For example some host doesn't allow email piping. In that case you can not use email un/subscriptions feature. If you are on Basic hosting packages, you may not have enabled Mysql databases. So you can not install the script until you upgrade your hosting package and host allows Mysql on your web site.
