Autoresponder Pro login and login problems
Logging into your autoresponder admin panel. Dealing with login problems like blank page, invalid license error, session timing out etc.
Simple explanation of Follow up Autresponder PRO admin panel layout.
Once you login into Autoresponder pro admin panel, you will see PUBLIC settings, PRIVATE settings and SYSTEM settings. Public settings are pertaining to all autoresponders. Ex: The custom field created here can be used by all autoresponders. Private settings are pertaining to a specific autoresponder. Ex: Custom field created here can be used only for that autoresponder. System settings are general configuration of the script.
Create New Autoresponder and Edit Autoresponder settings.
Creating an autoresponder is very easy. You can do this by clicking on 'New Autoresponder' link. Once you create, go to PRIVATE settings > edit that autoresponder settings/options according to your needs.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Edit settings : Configure autoresponder options.
You can configure autoresponder options here. Make autoresponder in/active. Set up newsletter default format. Move subscribers between autoresponders. Enable or disable CAPTCHA code. Enable POP3 email subscriptions. Get admin notifications. Manage subscribers by automatic removal and automatic unsubscriptions. Customize the unsubscribe link text.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Edit settings : Sending Confirmation link email for double opt-in.
You can optionally send email with confirmation link which the subscriber has to click and confirm his subscription. This is called double opt-in or verified opt-in. In Follow up autoresponder PRO, your subscriber can click on a link or send a blank email to confirm his subscription.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Edit settings : Automatic moving of subscribers between Autoresponders/lists.
In Follow up autoresponder PRO, your subscribers can be moved automatically between the autoresponders or lists based on certain criteria. For example, if subscriber is subscribed to 'clients' autoresponder, he can be unsubscribed automatically from 'prospects' autoresponders or lists.

Join our autoresponder affiliate program and promote your affiliate link to your subscribers. Each sale you refer brings you 30% of the sale as commission.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Import/Export : Subscribers list into/from Autoresponders.
Follow up Autoresponder PRO has a feature of importing and exporting subscribers into/from your autoresponders. You can import using copy and paste through form or CSV/text file.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > 'Html code' : Get subscription form code for the autoresponders.
Autoresponder generates the subscription form code automatically for you. You just need to copy and paste it on your web site. You can create extra fields to get more subscriber data. You can use this feature to do list segmentation.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Message Queue : Sequential messages for automatic following up the prospects.
You can add follow up messages at specific intervals. This feature is useful to send ecourses, follow up your buyers with other related products and your prospects with information emails. You can send both HTML and text format emails with tracking links and custom tags. You can schedule the messages to go on a particular day.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Copy subscribers : From one autoresponder to another.
You can copy subscribers between autoresponders and their data can be optionally selected to copy. This feature is useful to create temporary email campaigns or calculating ROI for a partcular campaign or advertisement.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Copy messages : From one autoresponder to another.
You can copy messages in 'Message queue' between autoresponders and their Custom fields can be optionally selected to copy. This feature is useful to create temporary email campaigns or calculating ROI for a partcular campaign or advertisement.
PRIVATE SETTINGS > Bulk Email delete : From autoresponders by listing of emails.
You can delete emails in bulk by simply entering one email per line in this textarea. If you want to delete one or few emails, you can use 'Subscriber management' screen to delete them. But if you want to delete in bulk, you can use this feature.
PRIVATE & PUBLIC SETTINGS > Custom field Categories and Custom fields : Insert email headers and footers.
Custom fields are the chunks of html/text content you can keep in your emails. For example, you want to keep a custom email header in ten messages. You can create [email header] custom field and you can use this tag in your emails. Script replaces the tag with the block of text and sends the email.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Form fields : Adding more form fields like checkbox, textarea, dropdown and radiobuttons.
You can add as many form fields as you want like textareas, textboxes, checkboxes, radiobuttons and multi-select lists. This way you can get more information from your subscribers. You can use this information for list segmentation and targeted promotion to email lists.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Blocked Emails : To ban unwanted email addresses from subscribing.
You can block certain email addresses or email addresses from certain domains. You can block these from subscribing from all autoresponders or only certain autoresponders.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Blocked IPs : To ban unwanted IP numbers from subscribing.
You can block people with certain ip numbers from subscribing into the autoresponders. You can block these from subscribing from all autoresponders or only certain autoresponders.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Confirmation Messages : Customize autoresponder redirect page/URLs.
You can customize the messages that are displayed to the subscriber after subscription and unsubscriptions. You can use basic html tags in the textareas to suit with your web site colors. Javascript or dhtml etc are not allowed.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Broadcast messages : Sending one time emails.
Broadcast email messages are single one time emails that you send to your subscribers as a blast. This differs from sequential emails where a series of emails go at specified interval. Examples of broadcast email messages include - newsletters, promotional emails, notification emails, discount emails.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SETTINGS > Subscriber Management : Advanced features like List segmentation, email tracking stats.
You can search, edit the status, format, message bouncing, delete subscribers. Customize the table view to see only needed data. Send boadcast to only one subscriber or few subscribers. Check email opening and tracking stats.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Mass Email : Sending email to whole autoresponder database.
You can send email to whole subscriber database of all autoresponders. This feature makes it simple to mass email instead of emailing each autoresponder subscribers seperately.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Attachments : Sending files and inline embeded images in HTML email.
You can upload files here and send them in autoresponders as attachments. One file can be used for multiple autoresponders. Also embed images in html email.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Add subscriber : To one or more autoresponder(s) in Admin panel.
You can add subscribers through autoresponder admin panel. You can optionally select to send confirmation message and set format and messages from which he can receive in this interface. This form has General and Custom Form fields. Add the needed information in these fields like First name, last name, web site URL etc.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Javascript subscriptions : To set up autoresponder dhtml pop-up forms.
You can set up a basic dhtml pop up form for autoresponder subscriptions. When visitor comes to the web page, the pop-up appears. You can customize the layout of the form to suit your web site. This is simple dhtml pop-up form and can not be blocked by pop-up blockers.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Multiple subscriptions : Into more than one autoresponder or email lists using single subscription form.
You can set up a single subscription form and add subscriber into multiple autoresponders. If you want the subscriber to select the autoresponder(s) into which he wants to subscribe, you can optionally select 'Subscriber can select autoresponders' option checkbox.
PUBLIC SETTINGS > Bounced Email management : Detect soft and hard bounces. Delete to keep your List clean.
You can detect bounced email by using advanced bounced email management feature. Email will not be sent once the domain doesn't exists. If domain exists and sent email from the script is bounced back (hard bounce), script detects them and will list out the bounced email in 'Subscriber management' table. You can delete them once in a while to keep your list clean and more responsive.
Email openings & Click tracking > Tracking Links : In email campaigns by using custom tags.
You can use custom tracking tags in emails for urls which are replaced by actual tracking links by the script before sending your email. When your subscriber opens email and/or clicks the email links, script tracks their actions. Email opening rate tracking is only for HTML emails. But tracking links is possible with both HTML and text versions of email.
Email openings & Click tracking > Tracking Link statistics : Of Your follow ups and broadcast messages.
You can use this search form in your autoresponder admin panel to see how many people are opened your emails and how many subscribers clicked on the links in your emails. All these data will be stored in autoresponder database until you delete it.
System settings > Task List : To see out going Email from Autoresponder.
Follow up Autoresponder PRO has an advanced feature where you can see which emails are going out of the script. All types of emails are listed in the dropdown like broadcastss, follow ups, welcome email, confirmation link emails etc. to select one from. If you see messages are not going, you can check cron whether it is running properly or any other problem that halts the script to send messages.
SYSTEM SETTINGS > Database Backup : To restore autoresponder subscriber data.
Follow up Autoresponder PRO has backup feature. You can backup autoresponders, subscribers and messages. If your database is bigger, you can also backup using telnet.
SYSTEM SETTINGS > System settings : General autoresponder configuration, charset and mail settings.
Follow up Autoresponder PRO general settings are useful to set up how many emails should go per hour from your script according to your host restrictions, setting up charset headers in emails, time zone and mail settings. You can use sendmail or SMTP to send email from your script.
