Payment Policy:

Unless otherwise advised, all invoices, estimates and quoted amounts are in United States dollars. "2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Scripts4webmasters.com."

Other payment processors we use are Clicbank.com and Paypal.com. You will receive invoice from us and also from respective merchant processor. Please keep it safe for any future references.

Refund Policy

To be considered for a refund, You must provide proof of purchase by way of sales receipt or transaction number. We will provide a refund if the end user (you) determines the purchased script to be unsuitable in any reason with in certain period of time from the date of purchase. We will not exchange one product or service for another product or service unless a refund application is deemed to be successful. If you pay the installation fee for a script, and you want purchase refund you won't get the installation fee back. It is non-refundable. If you paid installation fee means that is for one time installation service only. If you change your host or any other situation, you need to pay fee for installing the software on your new web site.

Installation Policy

If you buy Installation service from Scripts4webmastes.com, that purchase will be valid for one installation service. If you change your web site or delete files and asks us to reinstall, you need to purchase the installation service again. Installation service include configuring the script paths that works best on your server. Installation service doesn't include customization of the script code.

Once installed any upgrades of the script on same domain can be done for a period of 6 months.

Distribution Policy

Selling the code of any script or product, free or otherwise, belonging to scripts4webmasters.com without prior written consent is expressly forbidden. You can not transfer the license to any other third party or person with out asking Scripts4webmasters.com.

All softwarebox images are for illustrative purposes only. Software is downloadable. You actually don't receive any physical CDs or boxes.

Support Policy

We provide support only through email. No phone support provided. And we try to answer all email with in 24 - 48 hours. If you didn't receive response with 48 hours, please check your spam folder. Use our helpdesk to contact. Response will be little bit slower on weekends.

We provide support if the issue is related to the script. But if issues related to out of the script code and problems related to your customizations or host are not supoorted by us. If you want us to deal with them, it will be charged by hourly rate. Example: If the database is corrupted while moving to different host. That doesn't come under our support. If you need help it will be charged by hourly rate.

Licensing Agreement, Warranties and Disclaimers

The following constitutes an agreement between you (the end user/purchaser) and us (scripts4webmasters.com). By purchasing and using our software, products or services you agree to and accept the licensing agreement stated on this page. All documentation, goods and services are provided "as is" and without warranty. We hereby disclaim all warranties relating to any documentation, goods and services, whether express or implied, including warranties of suitability. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting in loss of revenue or data, incurred by you or any of our products, information or services. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions stated on this page at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by such revisions, and you are encouraged to periodically revisit this page to review the then current terms and conditions.

We grant you the right to use one copy of the software, product or service purchased, for testing and familiarization purposes. We also grant you the right to implement, install and use one copy of the software or product purchased on a single web site domain for use by one entity. (One installation only).

For our record, we must keep accurate transaction and installation records. At the time of software purchase, you will be asked to enter information such as your web site's domain name. This information is used to validate copies of our software.

We reserve all rights. Written permission must be obtained from us before you may copy, reproduce, publish, modify or alter in any way, any media, software, documents or products, in part or in whole, contained within our web site or traded by us.

As a licensee you may make one copy of the software product solely for backup purposes. Removal of any copyright messages, publicly visible or otherwise without prior written permission from us is expressly forbidden. Unauthorized reproduction of any of our software, documents or products is prohibited by Federal and International laws and subject to criminal prosecution.

Any use of software and accompanying documentation from this Web site is subject to the terms of a software license agreement between you and us. You agree that any issue or dispute that may arise between scripts4webmasters.com and yourself in respect to this web site or it's goods or services will be resolved and governed by and within the courts and laws of Delaware, USA. If your local laws do not allow for such an agreement, you must delete all copies of products supplied to you by us and you are hereby notified of the termination of this license.

Development Policy

We will not develop any scripts or programs or provide any services (programming or otherwise) for organizations that we perceive to promote hate or prejudice based on the race, religion or sex of any individual, group or organization. Scripts4webmasters.com will NOT develop any type of harvesting script or program, including but not limited to, e-mail harvesters, URL harvesters.
